Applied Wisdom of Saundarya Lahiri – by Acharya Agyaatadarshan Anand Nath

With permission of our beloved master, Acharya Agyaatadarshan Anand Nath we are placing the excerpts of a discourse that he delivered on the topic of Saundarya Lahari Sadhana for the benefit of every seeker. Read on..

Shivoham!

Saundarya Lahiri sadhana in Tantric system is a means to attain the highest spiritual experience i.e. pratyaksha darshanam of Devi in all her grandeur and glory. If you aspire for that kind of experience then you MUST be initiated in Tantric discipline. Once initiated as and when you become capable your Guru shall allow this sadhana and also tell you some secret keys of this. A Tantric practitioner is supposed to takes up ANY sadhana ONLY with the Guru’s permission.

But those of you who are not initiated should not get disheartened because you can equally benefit from it.. gain higher wisdom, material wealth, perfect health… great relationships and much more just by rendering the chanting of different verses to the Mother divine in prescribed manner. So.. Irrespective of your status of initiation or deeksha Your connecting with Shakti shall grant you all the resources, powers and toys needed for leading a comfortable and engaging life. I think that is what most of you have come for. (Smiles)

In fact this very first verse of Saundarya Lahiri can be said to be a Kalpa-Vriksha or wish-granting tree. It is oozing with power to fulfill ALL YOUR DESIRES FOR OBJECTS. Everyone who seeks fulfillment of one’s material desires can use this verse for obtaining divine mother’s grace. Within this verse there are concealed and coded vibrations of the panchakshari  mantra i.e. Shiva’s Mantra and also the maha-mantra of SriVidya that is called Panchdasi Maha-Mantra -Vidya. Since none of you are yet inducted in these mantras I shall not be uttering the mantras. I hope soon all of you shall progress and become eligible for initiation into SriVidya..

SO… now let’s look at the first  verse of this great mantra-stuti.. it is:

                                          || Sanudarya Lahiri – Verse 1 ||

As I told this shloka is a boon-granting, wish fulfilling energy… this energy or Shakti is contained in its specific sounds. It is chanted to remove the obstacles from our life. It is also used in getting the desired objects in our life. Like every other shloka of Saundarya Lahiri this shloka is also reverberating and overflowing with energy. So You shall need a Yantra to hold it. Some of you have already been introduced to the concept of Symbology and Mandalas by Ma Shakti Devpriya ji.. so you know what a Yantra does. This verse uses a specific Yantra. Most briefly explained….  Yantras and mandala have a mysterious quality that they can store the generated energies during the worship or practice and then they can also reflect it back to the worshiper. This reflected energy has a transforming effect on the practitioner. It is for THIS PURPOSE a mandala or Yantra is used otherwise your energies dissipate without creating any impact. OK?

Now I shall be drawing the mandala…

Have a look.

There are two yantras that can be used in your prayoga..

The most popular one is this… (draws a yantra)

Another Yantra I am drawing now… (draws another yantra)

This Yantra shall be made on an elevated platform. You can use a big round plate what we call thali for it. The material used in drawing this particular mandala is red coloured rice-flour.

Now let me first share the practices for those who are not initiated in Tattva Shakti Vigyaan. Take a beautiful photograph of Mother MahatripuraSundari. The picture should be such that you love and feel great to look at… Not just any picture. Get that framed and place it at your sadhana place. The day you place this picture at your puja place you shall be offering ‘Panchopachaara‘ to this divine mandala (picture) of Devi. Since that day every morning and evening you shall continue with this panchopachara for the days your chanting continues. Ideally you should continue offering panchopachara even after your prayoga is over. After all you have now invited and installed Mother – The creator and ruler of Cosmos at your place!

What is panchopachara? If you do not understand what is panchopachara then do not worry.

These are simple humanly offerings made to the object of reverence such as a Yantra, Idol or Mandala… believing them to be a living entity… rather more like a living being. So you offer water for bathing, offering fragrant sandal paste for anointing, offer vermilion or turmeric for smearing on devi’s forehead, offer flowers to show your respect, light up fragrance and a deepam. Finally you offer something to eat.. generally something sweet is offered followed by water offering. That is it!

The same ritual shall be followed with the Yantra you shall make everyday. Looks simple…??  It is!!! But you should remember it is a ritual mandated only to cultivate the required attitude of reverence and forge a connect with saguna swaroopa of Primordial Shakti in the form of Mother Goddess MahatripuraSundari. Therefore it can not be done mechanically… there should be this feeling of Shakti – The Mother Goddess being there in the Yantra to receive your offerings. In a nutshell the more you feel Devi’s personal presence in your rituals more effective and successful your Prayoga will be.  Right?

Now listen to the exact sequence in which you shall be doing this chanting. Please keep in mind this method is for those who do not have ‘deeksha’. For dixits (initiated ones) I shall discuss after this..

  1. After taking bath wear clean clothes.
  2. Sit facing east (for this particular prayoga) at the specified place. Preferably on a red woolen blanket (asani).
  3. Light up a deepam (vertical wick) of clarified butter (ghee). Preferably cow’s ghee should be used.
  4. Now make the perfect shaped Yantra on the elevated platform with red flour of rice (for that mix the powdered rice with red color)
  5. Invite Mother to assume her seat in this Yantra. Offer panchopachara to the Yantra with love and reverence. Keep the offerings little away from Yantra and take care while you make offerings especially water as if that gets sprinkled upon the Yantra it might distort its shape. A distorted or disfigured yantra should not be used in any circumstance.
  6. Visualize Devi accepting your offerings.
  7. Convey the object of your desire or the obstacle you want to win over to the mother.
  8. Now chanting of this first shloka begins.

I repeat the chanting for you..

9. You are supposed to chant this shloka minimum of 108 times. (You may use rosary beads to keep the count).

10. Once your chanting gets over make a prayer submitting your being to mother with folded hands. Request Devi to accept your energies and bhava and bless you with your desired object.. Thank her and request her to leave for her heavenly abode.

11. Sprinkle some water below your asana and offer namaskaram to king of gods Indra and pick up that water with your finger and rub it to your forehead.

Always remember that Shakti can not be manipulated forcefully and therefore even if you are provided with every tool for your prayoga or application you shall have to be humble and in the receiving mode.

Precautions you should take –

  1. Always take permission from your Guru. Share your intentions of doing the prayoga and request for permission.
  2. You MUST share the tithi (date and time) of your starting the prayoga in advance.
  3. No one should be physically present while Prayoga. Neither watching over of this process by anyone is allowed.
  4. If you are chanting only 108 times then this chanting should be done for 120 days. The ONLY other possible combination is 10×108 times per day for 12 consecutive days. I don’t think you will have that much time at your disposal. So.. my suggestion would be that you take up chanting of 108 times on a day.
  5. Best time for this sadhana is night however you can choose any convenient time but the rule is maintain that same timing everyday for four months.
  6. Keep everything you need during Prayoga within your reach. Once you get seated for chanting you should not leave the seat without completing the number of counts decided. In life-threatening situations around (or any such emergency) you can terminate your sadhana prematurely but then all your previous counts go in vain. For example if you started 10 days ago and on 11th day you had to terminate your prayoga prematurely without completing 108 (or 10×108) chants. All your counts so far become null and void. In that case you should give yourself a break and do not continue your sadhana. Start afresh, requesting for obstacle free passage through prayoga.
  7. Ensure deepam keeps lit up during entire chanting… till the end. If deepam is put off due to any reason your sadhana is said to be khandit.. or interrupted.  The same rules apply here also.. means your sadhana done so far will become null and void.
  8. You completely abstain from sex and sexual stimulating material or activities during the entire period of sadhana. Keeping an attitude of reverence towards opposite sex is desirable.
  9. During this sadhana consumption of alcohol and meat etc is not allowed.  Stay vegetarian.
  10. One of the most important precaution is to stay away from anger. But even if you get angry due to any reason you are not supposed to raise your voice in spat of anger. Such a behaviour creates havoc around you and also leaks your energies.
  11. Finally… You should not throw any articles like flower, burnt wick, dust or ashes of Dhoopam etc. that are used in Puja here and there indiscriminately.  Never throw these things in dustbin. The best way is to dig a pit and bury those items (nirmaalya) there. Avoid disposing Nirmaalya in rivers/water bodies either as that causes water pollution.

At the end.. Let me clarify… Especially for those who are not initiated in Tantra or Tattva Shakti Vigyaan  ‘Bhava’ or the attitude is extremely important. A childlike innocence and enthusiasm during chanting is the key. Like a child you should feel that you are secure in the assuring and protective company of the Divine Mother. You should know within that ‘She’ is your mother and she is listening to you.  It is with this Bhava you should conduct your chanting and japa. … then… you shall reap the immediate benefits invariably. Of course absolutely correct pronunciation should be learnt and be maintained during the chanting!

Hope you all shall surrender your false ego at the lotus feet of the Beautiful Goddess of the Three Worlds and receive Her grace.”

Acharya ji further gave some more instructions on the subject –

For the higher practitioners (Krama initiates) all of the above rituals are going to be completely different. These are more elaborate and would require more precision… because you will be given beeja mantras for these verses. So you shall require personal guidance on this sadhana. You already know that more than your own efforts Gurumandala’s blessings do the magic for you. Here in these rituals also you shall be invoking Gurumandala and carrying out protection rituals as the first few things. You shall be using the personal mantra (that is given during your ‘deeksha’) as well. For the rest of period (when you are not engaged in prayoga) practice of ‘samyama’ and ‘witnessing’ is the key for receiving grace of mother.

Growing with Karma and Grace!

My Dear Friends and co-Travellers in
Tattva Shakti Vigyaan Practices,

Shivoham!

It has been since long I was contemplating of writing my thoughts to be able to share it with you all. The wonderful experiences I have been going have made me realize the magic of ‘being under the guidance of my Gurus’. There are plentiful of experiences of Sadhana but without dwelling in specifics (as that is not permitted for us to share that with anyone except our Masters) I can say that I have been feeling very liberated for the past few months.

SURRENDER HAPPENS WHEN GURU BLESSES

There’s a kind of fluidity in the way my inner environment is changing… after talking with Acharyaji once and following up on his directions I really feel big change has happened in my perspective. I surrendered to Shiv Shakti completely. This courage has come to me only overtime.. if I look back, the kind of attitude I had I couldn’t ever dream of me taking such a move ever in my life.

During one of my personal consultations Acharya ji asked me to recite a piece of Ramayana on certain days in a week. This! Sunderkand path helped me tremendously. I had no idea how powerful this text can be. While reciting it I felt like I am surrendering with my whole body and soul just like Hanuman. I don’t want to sound pompous and fake but I really felt that Hanuman was in me. It was such a divine feeling, brought tears in my eyes. I thank my Guru for this.

BEING NON-JUDGEMENTAL IS POSSIBLE

I was not like this. Tattva Shakti Sadhana does have something mysterious about it but more so I feel it is grace of Gurumandala that works! Over the two years.. finally I feel I have dropped judgements on people for the most part. I am not 100 % free yet on that issue. If there is sense of judgement or forming of an opinion coming up it quickly develops into empathy and love for that person. Each one of us can achieve this with the blessings of Masters.

GIVING IS RECEIVING

One of my observations on my sister/brother sadhaks and even non sadhak’s struggle is about understanding the art of giving. Giving in terms of finance and volunteering. I feel, lot of them are looking for opportunities everywhere but fail to see that it is right in front of them. In the beginning I also might have had a blind spot but since the day when I decided to GIVE, the whole Gurumandala appeared to remove my confusions.

I am no one to preach but with my own experiences I can say.. Guidance is waiting to happen. It will only happen when we open our palms and let go of the money. Money is given by mother divine for us to use in good deeds. Once we take care of our family’s basic needs, we don’t need to worry about money. It is about the art of detachment from money and also relations. To let go of money is much easier than letting go of your near and dear ones. Letting go of near ones absolutely doesn’t mean not loving or caring for them.

REACH OUT TO YOUR COFFERS
FILL THE FIST WITH GOLD
OPEN YOUR PALMS TO GIVE.
LO AND BEHOLD!

ONLY OPEN & EMPTY PALMS CAN RECEIVE
THE DIVINE MOTHER IS WAITING TO OFFER!

Please forgive me if my language might not be right but I say it with all my heart and love. I haven’t posted anything on the blog before but I really felt maybe others should read this.

Thank you so much for being part of my life!

Additional Mention – Like each one of you, I am looking forward to meeting Guruma & Acharya ji in the upcoming retreat at Majkhali. From some time my sadhana is not happening on a regular basis as I have been swamped with some volunteering work helping the girl scouts. I know.. I and you have the Masters helping and looking out for us  always..
In deep gratitude for their grace and love.
Lots of love

Mantra Vigyaan and Shakti Worship- Part II

Mantra is a significant aspect of Shakti Sadhana. Utmost importance is given to proper pronunciation of a mantra. Because the manner in which the mantra is pronounced decides its results. The most important thing in mantra sadhana as discussed earlier is deeksha into a mantra. For Shakti Sadhana there are thousands of mantras right from saabar to beeja to stotras, dhyaana mantras, moola mantra, mala mantras, sahasranama etc.  Shakti upasana, in particular MahaVidya upasanas requires proper deeksha from a Guru.

RECEIVE MANTRA ONLY FROM AN ABLE GURU

Mantra has to be received properly from a qualified Guru. Here we are less concerned about the personal attributes and academic qualification of the Guru rather focused on the fact that Guru himself should have done the desired number of recitation of mantra and should have experienced ‘Mantra Veerya‘ or essence of mantra. Mantra Veerya can not be defined in specific terms but generally speaking a particular mantra gives the practitioner a specific experience upon blooming. When mantra blooms it brings about two outcomes – first one is ‘specific inner experience’ in the practitioner and the second one is some modification in the energy-matrix of outer world (if it is a mantra belonging to that category). Mantra Veerya is that inner experience of particular mantra.

WHY THAT MANTRA DIDN’T WORK FOR ME?

Sadhaka engaged in Shakti Sadhana mostly receives standard mantric forms from the teachers. For example if someone has received Kamakhya Mantra from one teacher of course the other teacher shall also give the same mantra (verbatim).  But then it is also very commonly felt that mantras (though they are the same) from different teachers work differently. While disciples of one teacher start having enriching experiences, inner transformation and spiritual ascension quite easily and early and other practitioners reciting the same mantra (exact pronunciation and exact same words) received from some other teacher do not progress at all!

Now this sounds ridiculous but it is not. Tantric texts have clearly given out reasons for the same. It is written that mantras are like living entities and thus the same mantra can have different emotional and energy states like – Supta Mantra, Jaagrat Mantra, Keelit mantra, Krodhit Mantra etc. Now an innocent seeker would probably never know if that particular mantra which he/she received has been abused by his teacher or lineage. In case a mantra has been indiscriminately used/given out to undeserving people the mantra loses its power. Not only this! Mantra in its first phase becomes baadhit (withdraws its power) and if the abuse still continues it becomes angered. So much so that it can now cause harm to the practitioner!!

This is the most important aspect of mantra which most of the spiritual seekers don’t understand about Shakti Sadhana through Mantra yoga.  Most of people ask how to rule out the possibility of receiving a defective/angered or dead mantra and the answer lies in identifying whether Teacher is indiscriminately giving mantra to anyone & everyone who approaches him or he/she chooses the disciples. If a teacher is seen distributing mantras indiscriminately there is quite a danger in receiving mantra from such a teacher.

EACH SYLLABLE OF MANTRA WORKS ON YOUR TATTVIC COMPOSITION IN DIFFERENT WAYS

Now let us understand what are the results when an energized mantra is received and chanted properly. The letter that make a word are pronounced by five places. The five places are lips, tongue, teeth, palate and throat. Every point corresponds to a tattva or element. The lips correspond to Earth Element, the tongue to Water element, the teeth to Fire element, the palate to air element and throat to Space element. The Mantras or letters that use lips for pronunciation develop and strengthen the Earth element within the Sadhak. In the same way words or letters that use tongue for pronunciation develop and strengthen Water element, words and letter using Teeth, strengthen Fire Element, words and letter using palate, strengthen Air element and words and letters using throat strengthen Space element.

MANTRAS MANIFEST SWAROOPA TO SADHAKA

This human body is miniaturized universe – The Microcosm. It is personal universe of the individual. However within this Microcosm or personal Universe there are three discrete universes situated
in the middle, top and bottom parts of the body. The three universes are also related to three distinct energies. The middle portion of body is related to Kaaran Shaktis or Causal powers. The lower part of body is related to Sthoola Shaktis or Gross powers. The upper portion of the body is related to Sookshma Shaktis or subtle powers.  Knowledge about self, transcendental knowledge and also material knowledge is bestowed upon the Sadhaka when various Shaktis are activated. Various mantras activate various shaktis, For example the mantra “राम” activates Subtle energies. The mantra “ह्रीं” activates Causal energies and mantra “ध्रीं” activates Gross energies.
When these energies are activated completely, they manifest into a particular form depending upon the emotion and desire of the Sadhak. The Sadhak is blessed by the that particular form and his/her desires fulfilled and manifested. Mantra jap certainly gives its results but to attain the Siddhi where manifested form of God/Goddess are invoked and blessings are received, requires the Sadhak to go through complete Tattva shuddhi, Nadi Shuddhi and most importantly he/she should have control over his senses this also referred to as Dharana Siddhi. When the Shakti manifests in a form, there is no rule that she will be in Devi Swaroop only she can manifest in Dev roop also, it depends on the Sadhana of the Sadhak.
AVOID KAAMYA PRAYOGA & REFRAIN FROM WRONG MANTRAS
There is one more crucial aspect that should be discussed here. The Mantra’s are of two types- दैविक (godly and divine) पैशाचिक  (demonic and satanic). The result of the daivik mantra is explained above but when a Sadhak does a Sadhana of Paishachik mantras the Shakti is not manifested in front of him.  But a Sadhak himself enters into the region of Pishach and brings him under his control. The pishach in control can do any sort of work for the Sadhak, but the end result is painful and grievous, as the Sadhak enters into Pishach-yoni after death. The other secret is that the boon and results gained through Daivik Sadhana can be enjoyed freely without incurring any debt. Whereas the results gained through Pishachik Sadhana have to be re-compensated.
A Sadhak can gain anything through Shakti Sadhana. The Supreme goddess blesses with boons when is pleased and joyous.

तामम्बिकामखिलदेवमहर्षिपूज्यां
भकत्या नता: स्म विदधातु शुभानि सा न: ।।
Many at times practitioners feel their progress in Mantra Yoga gets stalled after few quick experiences. Why this happens, what are the causes and what should be done if such a thing happens, I shall deal with all such questions in my next post.

Saundarya Lahari – The Waves of Bliss – Introduction by Master AD

                    || SriVidya Poornabhishiktaa – Kramachaarini Ma Shakti Devpriya Devi ji ||

Shivoham!

If Sri Vidya is the highest Sadhana of advait bhrahman in personified form called – Sri MahaTripuraSundari.. RajaRaajeshwari, Lalitamba, Parvati then Saundarya Lahari is the book of highest order on this tantric way of worshiping and igniting the Shakti in one’s own body and mind. There are many systems of worshipping MahaShakti across Tantric traditions. Majorly three geographical regions on the map of India or Bharatvarsh can be pointed to when it comes to three distinct approaches in the worship of Supreme Mother. The regions are Kolkata that includes Kamakhya tradition (Eastern Part),  Kerala (Southern Part) and Kashmir (Northern Part).

Instead of understanding the differences and different nuances of these distinct approaches of Devi worship it is best for us to understand that they are following the same SriChakra Sadhana everywhere. When it comes to Sri Vidya Sadhana, Adi Sankara’s work in the form of Saundarya Lahari is pivotal to every approach, every aamnaaya (आम्नाय ) and every gotra or division on the basis of rituals i.e. Kaula, Mishr or Samaya because it basically enshrines complete Sri Chakra in it.  It also has many powerful Mantras of SriVidya tradition including the most revered and sought after mantra called ‘Shodashi’. For your curiosity the very first verse of this scripture has the highest of mantras in Sri Vidya. But all these things are embedded in Saundarya Lahari in coded form to save it from misuse and abuse.

I am sure each one of you shall benefit from these talks of Acharya ji. Rest assured you will be able to pick up only as much as you are capable of and there Master can’t help. Your devotion in your teacher and your attitude is responsible for your ascension. Corrupt vision of a disciple corrupts his/her whole journey.. and the most susceptible you are in your dwait Buddhi for if you don’t see Shiva-Shakti in your Teachers’ Vigraha ascension shall continue to evade you life after life.

“श्वेतंश्वेत विलेप माल्यवसनं …. वामेन रक्तोत्पलं….  शंभुस्वरूपं परम्…..  ध्याये शिरस्थं गुरुम्”

“I invoke my beloved Guru, who himself is Shambhu-swaroopa, gaura varna fair in color and wearing whites (representing divinity and piousness) with his Shakti sitting to his left radiant like a red-lotus. I see Shiva-Shakti seated on my forehead eternally.”

May you all evolve and grow. May you all be rooted in your true nature. May you all experience culminate in the oneness of Shiva with Shiva within.

Blessings

Tantric Healing Programme – 5D Shakti Healing

5D-Shakti Healing

The Ancient Tantric Healing System!

Healing and health has been integral part of almost every Indian spiritual systems. Yoga and Tantra are the two such systems that India has given to the world. While Yoga’s efficacy to health is a proven fact the Ancient Tantric Healing systems are mostly in the veils. Tantra as a discipline has always been a guarded secret cult generally away from the reach of the masses. The only reason about such secrecy about Tantric processes has been owing to the fact that these techniques are extremely powerful & double edged therefore if they fell in wrong hands they could have been misused and abused.

It is purely unconditional love of the Lodge of Tantric Masters** that, Ma Shakti and Acharya Agyaatadarshan Anand Nath have been ordained to make the 5D-Shakti Healing available to the world now. 5D-Shakti Healing has purely tantric approach to health and healing – presenting specific solutions and precise methods to alleviate disease, pain and suffering from human life within the framework of ‘Law of Karma’. It will be fair to say that 5D-Shakti Healing is India’s gift to the Healing needs of the modern world.

Why 5D-Shakti Healing

Tantra recognizes that a human being does not operate only on the plane of this physical body. A human soul is experiencing the pleasures and pains of this worldly plane through its 5 different sheaths it is covered in – the Pancha koshas. It also understands that every human soul comes on this physical plane with the sole purpose of enjoying the fruits (whether sweet or bitter) of its ‘karmic’ baggage. Therefore if you are trying to reduce your bodily diseases and sufferings by physically treating it through ‘Therapies’ and ‘Medicines’ you are not attending to the root cause of it. Through such methods you can only ‘treat’ but can’t ‘heal’ yourself.

5D-Shakti Healing is a TOTAL Healing system that works on the root-cause of your sufferings hidden deeper in koshas e.g. Mind body, Prana body, Karma body etc. It restructures all the layers of your being through appropriate practical methods. It works on your entire being making you healthy, peaceful, joyous, kind, loving and generous – A truly ‘Living’ being!

What are the tools of 5-D Shakti Healing

Tantra is a system of harnessing energies and intentions through exploration of inner and outer nature. The universe is storehouse of infinite variations of energy or Shakti manifestations from plants, animals, tattvas, sounds, celestial bodies. There are herbs, there are energy processes, stones, celestial energies and innumerable hidden powers within human body.

5-D Shakti Healing uses Tattvic Energies, Gems, Herbs, Yantras, Symbols, Mandalas and Body & Breath processes. Apart from using just these tangible means a tantric healer is capable of channelizing the finer energies of higher realms for one’s good through the application of powerful Yantras, Mantras and sacred energy  processes within and outside human body.

Why Tantric Healing System is better than Yoga

Yoga uses only two tools – body and breath while Tantra makes use of multiple energy processes, herbs and also heavily works on harnessing divine tattvic energies. While Yoga is a step by step process Tantra is quite flexible and can also be used SOS.

The most important aspect of ‘Tantric healing’ is that it teaches the healer to differentiate between ‘Aadhi’, ‘Vyaadhi’ and ‘Upaadhi’ and adopt suitable technique for healing rather than just be hooked on to medicines and bodywork. More often than not the suffering or disease is caused by external unknown (for normal people) forces which can be dealt with only through psychic means. Such paranormal influences can be removed with the use of ‘Tantric Healing’. Therefore 5D-Shakti Healing is far more effective and deeper in its understanding of suffering and also eradicating the physical/mental/spiritual suffering which Yoga is not capable of.

Can I heal others with 5D-Shakti Healing

There are two learners’ level in 5-D Shakti Healing. First level of this programme is about ‘Tantric Healing Essentials’. After assimilating the first level the phase of learning-experimenting usually lasts from 6 months to 2 years (depending on your sincerity and regularity). During this period the Healer is not supposed to heal others. However once they become proficient in the ‘Tantric Energy processes’ and develop sound understanding of ‘Mantric Energy Processes’ they may choose to go for Second level of “5D-Shakti Healing’ after which they can definitely serve others.

Can I heal paranormal influences through 5D-Shakti Healing?

Yes! A good healer is one who is able to identify the influencing negative energies and entities but a powerful healer is one who has strength and capacity to deal with these dreaded energies and ward them off. 5-D Shakti Healing gives the practitioner such powers that he/she can handle virtually every negative influence of this planet. This capacity is earned with healer’s discipline, devotion to the nature’s benign energies and through the mastery of tantric processes. Although a beginner is not advised to engage in such cases for he/she may get harmed but as one progresses under the guidance of Masters one take up paranormal influences head on and knock them off too.

What is the duration of Course?

This is an 18 Hour intensive programme by Masters that is available in residential setting or LIVE Workshop*. Since it involves learning few techniques around breathwork and bodywork, the LIVE Workshops are conducted under the local supervision of The Shakti Multiversity teachers.

Nadi Shodhana – A Complete Wellness Programme!

1shakti-multiversity-horizontal

Someone rightly observed that we tend to take sips of breath. In fact almost 70% of modern ailments can be linked to wrong breathing habits of people. From poor digestion to anxiety, low immunity to lethargy, hormonal imbalances to premature aging all can be due to poor breathing habits. So the first step to achieve wellness on a deeper level has to begin with breath-training.

Nadi Shodhan Workshop from is a 4 Hour intensive training programme in breathing for the beginners under the guidance of experienced Yoga teachers from The Shakti Multiversity® catering to the very needs of modern man in the direction of breath-training; an essential knowledge for attaining perfect health.

Why Nadi Shodhana –

Nadi Shodhana is a breathing process in Yogic discipline which is typically used to cleanse and detoxify body. As per vedic literature on Yoga no other Pranayama should be attempted before attaining complete purification of Nadis because in that case you run the risk of experiencing multiple negative effects on physical, psychological and spiritual levels.

nadishodhan-us1

Why to learn Nadi Shodhana from The Shakti Multiversity® –

Nadi Shodhana, though seemingly a very simple practice has many nuances. The Yogic way of breath training involves elaborate lung-capacity enhancement exercises, proper understanding of subtle diaphragmatic movements, knowledge of complicated muscular locks that are used in the process and various styles of inhalation and exhalation suiting to individual needs. So, if one is aspiring for perfection in the practice only an experienced and qualified teacher who has an eye for the perfection shall be able to guide you properly in the Nadi-Shodhana.

Tantra – The path for Modern Man

“Embrace all and negate nothing is the principle of Tantra” The whole existence is a cosmic play of the Divine, and nothing can be negated or left out. The physical body is as real as the world and as divine as the existence. The primary practices in Tantra involve the physical body much more than any of the spiritual practices. Tantra embraces all, and this is the exactly the reason that why it is the path for the Modern man.

A quote from Bhagvat Gita says “In order to attain steady wisdom you should restrain your senses and focus your entire mind and being on me”

It completely bewilders most seekers when I say this. Restraining the senses, it seems not only difficult but just impossible. Living in a fast moving with so many engagements, it is not even considered feasible. The senses are the ones that connect us to the outer world and help us to function efficiently. So to restrain the senses, seems us to take nowhere. This is what an amateur can understand on the first go, and this is also exactly the reason that many people fear to take up Spiritual practices. Spiritual practices are meant to know our real inner self, to meet our ultimate goal, to merge with the Pure Consciousness. We have read and heard a lot about the blissful experiences of people who have merged with the Pure Consciousness, it seems so exhilarating and encompassing. But our mind interferes and says “Is it worth to stop experiencing the beautiful world around us” Many Modern Gurus read the mind and have changed spiritual practices into manifestation rites. Someone is trying to manifest better DNA’s or correcting present life by visiting the previous lives. There are so many rites offered that a serious spiritual seeker keeps on attending one workshop to other, just in search for the completeness that the his/her soul yearns for. Many times people come to us and proudly state the number of spiritual workshops they have attended. I just ask them “Did you get what you looked for?” Many a times they have even forgotten what were they looking out for.

Spiritual practices are not relaxation techniques or manifestation rituals, you are just beating around the bush if your practices are not taking you near your ultimate goal. Tantric rituals while embracing your being totally, with your strengths and weakness, with your desires and goals, does not let you go away from the Pure Consciousness even for a moment. Each and every step prepares you for divine merger. Tattva Shakti Vigyaan which connects you first to the substance of the universe- The Panchtattva (The five elements) The five elements are connected to your Five Tanmatras (Subtle medium of sensations), Five Karmendriyas (organs of action), five Jnanendriya (sense organs). The cleansing and balancing of Panchtattva cleanses the related tattvas too- Tanmatras, Karmendriya and Jnanendriya. It does not ask you to restrain but live completely with balanced and blissful being. As the related tattvas are cleansed, the inward movement of energies becomes habitual and automatic. Tattva Shakt Vigyaan is the Tantra for Modern Man.

Tantra- A scientific approach towards life

Yantra- Visual tools in Tantra.
Yantra- Visual tools in Tantra.

Science is the systematic study of the structure and behavior of the physical and natural world through observation and experiment. Tantra is also an systematic approach of understanding inner and outer psyche both. It is also an holistic approach which approaches to the study of universe from the point of view of an individual. Various branches of sciences are drawn within it like astronomy, astrology, physics, chemistry, Ayurveda, Psychology, geometry and mathematics providing practical means of realizing highest ideals of philosophy in daily life.

Such sciences play a role in Tantra at various levels like Ayurveda is closely linked to Tantra and Ayurveda makes use of preparations made of alchemical forms of mercury, mica and other minerals. Such preparations are also an part of Tantra in which Ayurvedic preparations are used for mental and physical health.

The timings of the practices done in Tantra have special importance. So the rules of Hindu Astrology are drawn into consideration. Various rituals and practices done balance the planetary effects is considered quite a much part of Tantra.

Like Science in which we have defined theories and methods, Tantra is also a system of defined techniques. Science is not based on opinions or beliefs, it is the experience that matters. As in Tantra the practices are experiential, it is not the belief that generates results, but wisdom is a direct gain from practices. Tantra practices grows from gross to subtle giving us experience of each level of existence thereby transcending it.

The energy concepts of Tantra are now being recognized by many modern scientists. A strong similarity is being discovered between the scientific and tantric concepts of energy. The alchemical traditions found in China, Middle East and Europe have been linked to Tantra. In last century many scientists have described parallels between quantum physics and mystical view of reality described in ancient texts of Tantra.

Tantra also means “Technique” and it suggests that if the path is followed in a certain and defined manner the result is to be seen. Tantra is the most ancient experiential science, which takes us towards evolutionary existence, recognizing the complete human potentials. It is spiritual path that flourishes on every level of existence. The very scientific approach in Tantra gives it authenticity.

Live ‘Addiction free’ with TSV

|| Take responsibility of your life , Today||
|| Take responsibility of your life , Today||

“I could not spend a single day without my evening share of drinks, and now I do not wish to even see it. This all happened in just 40 days! I feel so energetic and peaceful that just do not want to indulge in any form of intoxication.”  reports a TSV Practitioner

Any sort of addiction changes the healthy energy patterns of our energy body to odd and defective patterns. The kick or altered state of consciousness a person feels after consumption of any toxic substance is felt because new abnormal ‘Energy Current Loops’ get created in the ‘Pranamaya Kosha’.  These loops are not created through intention rather chemicals and with few repetitions these energy pattern almost get permanently itched. And as they start fading (the newly formed loops of energy in your body) person feels uneasy until the circuit is re-energized. The addictive substance helps in completing the newly created oddly formed energy circuit. This energy in these circuits moves in opposite direction causing various issues in our physical and energy body. In fact these are sort of short-circuits within energy body. Since the changes in the Energy body take time in manifesting in the physical body hence negative effects of ‘toxic agents’ are not visible in the physical body in the early stages.

Modern de-Addiction methodologies are based on the principle of ‘sankalpa’ and creating new, positive habits through  ‘rehabilitation schedules’ which include regular exercises, mind training and motivation associated with mental relaxation. De-addiction therapists don’t focus on energy-body but physical body and mind. TSV sees it differently. It says when these energy patterns are bought to normal, craving stops and thus addiction loses its clutches automatically. Sadhana works in creating newer more powerful energy patterns in you.  So for most of the TSV practitioners this comes as a surprise. Before you even know, you have freed yourself from this dreaded monster.

Tattva Shakti Vigyaan sadhana works on cleansing and balancing the elemental energy. If we summarize it in one line it would be; Balanced Energies = Balanced Mind = Balanced Emotions = Balanced Personality. Basically TSV changes the strengthen the patterns of these Elemental energies so the changes are natural because it the energies which decide a person’s habits, his/her behavior patterns and even choices. Further if you are weak in your Energies you are vulnerable to outside-body changes – such people are prone to addictions. TSV Level – I practices work on your energies; making it purer, more positive and strong. It also re-creates, restores healthy channels.

A common question people ask before getting initiated to TSV Level-I,  “Do I need to quit smoking and alcohol?” And quite surprisingly the direct reply they get is “NO”. They are truly relieved on listening to this and we smile.

We say, why load your  weak shoulders with some more burden. You are weak and meek (energy-wise) now and we don’t want you to make a promise which you can’t keep. Sadhaka or Sadhika will eventually become strong. we know, when (s)he can take a firm resolve. Although it is the need of every Sadhaka to keep your body free from any form of toxic indulgences but still we never ask our TSV practitioners from refraining until they are strong enough for it.

TSV transforms – it does not attempts at superficial, cosmetic behavioural or even intellectual modifications in your psyche. Instead it makes you stronger, responsible and wise. It leads you the bliss within.
